A new entry to the existing park was needed from the main road, while allowing for larger setbacks and provision for site mounted cooling towers and emergency generators. New projected entries were incorporated in the design to highlight multiple tenant entries due to site constraints. Distinctive 3- dimensional tilt-up panels featuring floating and intersecting panels and projecting glass forms ties the rest of the building’s exterior.
