The Project seeks to incorporate an innovative design that is sensitive to the Town’s historic architecture. The proposed architecture does not imitate or duplicate historic buildings, but rather seeks to enhance the diversity of architecture in Kensington by interpreting existing elements in a new way. 

All 6 Townhouse Units are 3 stories over a concrete cellar. Exteriors are made of brick with simplified massing, horizontal roof lines, and architectural detailing. All Townhouse main entrances will have stoops, with the two end units having  porches, and rear balconies for all units . Most units will have a 3rd story outdoor terrace. End units will have bay window accents.
