New 2 Story 38,000 sf Medical Office Building Shell with associated Site Improvements, located in Haymarket, VA.  Project was developed as a Build-to-suit facility for Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in cooperation with the Tenant Interior Design Team. Building Envelope features Face Brick Veneer, steel stud framed Exterior Walls, Architecturally exposed Structural Steel Trim, Clear, Low E-coated Insulating Glass Aluminum  Curtainwall, Storefronts and Sliding Automatic Entrances, Metal Panel Clad Portico at Patient Drop-off area and Single-ply TPO Roofing System. Structural System includes Cast-in-Place Concrete Footings and Floor Slab, Interior Steel Columns, Structural Steel Floor Beams with Concrete Slabs on Composite Steel Deck and  Steel Roof Framing with Beam Girders, Open-web Joists and Steel Deck. Building Design included rigorous Sustainable Design Requirements and the Project achieved a LEED Silver Certification.
